Straight to the point. During my pregnancy I didn’t workout out and I ate everything I craved...and more. With that, I don’t feel bad because carrying a baby requires you to feed for two.
Now, here we are today and I am five months into motherhood. Ky is formula fed and breastfed. Research shows, that moms who breastfeed lose weight quick: unfortunately that one skipped over me. Now I am here today with one question:
What can I do to bounce back?
Now every mom is different, some pop that Baby out and in a month or so they’re giving #bounceback goals. Me, I am struggling with that. My process is taking long and I am impacted because I was 107 pounds before I got pregnant. Now, I am afraid to face the scale.
I am doing a few things such as working out and eating a strict salad and seafood diet. I occasionally add a meat. I am waiting to see some results. New mom weight is something I am battling with. No it’s not horrible, it’s just want I want to focus on.
#Women2Women how do you feel about this?

Me working out with some youth in the community. I’m hiding my stomach. Lol. I gotta chill.
